Yesterday at work I was calling the helpdesk of a supplier to fix some datacommunication trouble one user had. So, he was logged in, poking around in our AS/400, and apparently he hadn’t sorted the users alphabetically, so after a minute (I thought he had already found the user concerned and was poking around a bit) he said: Wow, you guys do have a lot of users. I couldn’t help but smile when he said that. A lot of users indeed, and (usually) I can handle them.
